Terms and Conditions of Reservation   
Rates :
- Our rates are net: VAT and service taxes included, but not the city tax (0,70€ per night and per person).
These rates may be modified and adjusted according to economic circumstances impossible to foresee when these rates have been agreed upon.
- Breakfast is not included in our room’s rates.
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room ONLY and has to be ordered before 10pm the day before, at the reception desk.
All breakfast will be charged when ordered.

Deposits :
- All reservations must be confirmed with a credit (or debit) card valid on the first day of your stay.
- According to hotels practice, a deposit will be required when booking the room over a secured Internet connection, in order to confirm your reservation your credit card will be debited the same day as follows:
- 1 night stay = 100% of the total cost
- 2 night stay = 50% of the total cost
- 3 night stay or more = 30% of the total cost

Cancellation :
- There is no charge for cancellations notified at least 24hours before expected arrival (local time) that means 12:00AM the day before your arrival.
In all cases, confirmation should be made (either by fax or by email).
Beyond that day, cancellation is not possible anymore and the first night will be charged.
Deposits are not refundable.

Arrival time :
- Overnight stays or "Nights" start at 1:00 PM until 11:00 AM the following day.
- The hotel will maintain the reservation until 6:00 PM.
If you want to arrive later, please notify the hotel.

Children :
- No charge for children under 2 years old staying in their parents' room and sleeping in their own cot.
- A cot or additional child's bed can be provided on request.
A 10 € charge per night will be applied.

Pets :
- For hygiene and safety reasons, pets can be allowed inside the hotel only if kept on a leash and they must not be left alone at any time.
Each animal will be charged 5 €uros per night.

Smoking :
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in ALL premises
